Tips for a better match.
 
1. To avoid zero matches use search criteria according with the area.
2. Increase features, increase price, and limit available homes, try conservative criteria and then if you get to many properties, tight your search.
3. If you get zero matches try another area, or wait (our system scans the MLS every day) maybe your perfect home is in different neighborhood. Or is not in the market yet.
4) The areas (by number) show in the Home location, are  big, include several zip codes and many subdivisions, if you want homes by zip codes, schools, you search is more  geographic limited, use zip codes only when you are very specific in the area you want.
5) Big lots limit too much your search, only 20% or less of the properties are sitting in big lots, the most of the homes in San Antonio city are build in normal city lots.
6) Any specific search criteria, like school district, zip code, sub division, or any no listed, just mention in additional information and we add to your home search filters.
7) keep visiting your MLSConnect using your same username and password in the future, new homes coming to the market will be add in daily bases.
